To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed consultant with many years of experience in leading positions at a bank, an acquirer, a PSP or a merchant for international projects in the fields of Digital Payments, customer self-service, value-added services and Digital Health as a Senior Consultant.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- Strategic consulting and project lead
- Development of new business models with respect to PSD2
- Development of end-to-end flow processes
- Project management (in strategic & business management projects, in the introduction of new payment methods (SEPA ELV, mobile payment, account-based payment methods, etc.) in online and offline channels)
- Development of concepts and studies for banks and retail markets in the fields of digitalization, cash and non-cash payments/customer self-service
- Enhancement of client relations
- Implementation of controlling tasks/quality management as well as the creation of business cases
YOUR PROFILE
- 5-7 years of professional experience in eCommerce or POS
- Experience in project management
- Experience with POS terminals/terminal operation, omnichannel, in acquiring of the international card schemes, eCommerce risk management, fraud management, familiarity with MasterCard and Visa regulations, and Value-Added Services
- Basic technical knowledge and basic knowledge of IT architectures
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking skills, self-motivation and joy in working with people
- Strong customer, service and team orientation
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Excellent analytical, communicative and conceptual competence
- Excellent German and English skills
