SHC Stolle und Heinz Consultants GmbH & Co. KG, Augsburg, Germany, has announced the successful acquisition of the software development company Anselko GmbH, Leipzig, on 05 March 2021.
With the acquisition of Anselko, consulting firm SHC is expanding its service portfolio to become a full-service implementation partner for Digital Payment and Digital Health solutions. This milestone enables SHC to provide customers with a comprehensive offering “from strategy consulting to implementation and business operations”.
Anselko, a long-standing software development partner, which had already realised important projects for SHC, has turned out to be the natural candidate for such acquisition.
Strategic objective of the acquisition was not only to expand SHC’s portfolio of services, but also to further grow Anselko in its core business – software solutions for Digital Payment and Health.
“From our previous cooperation, we knew the Anselko team is innovative, extremely skilled, and complements SHC’s competence profile very well,” says Robert Heinz, founder, and CEO of SHC. “The SHC Group is now in a position to respond even faster to customer needs. In addition to strategic consulting, product design, and project management, SHC is now able to provide for the seamless development of complex software solutions and their operation as SaaS out of one hand. SHC will further expand the Anselko team through motivated and talented new hires for software development and operation as early as 2021.”

SHC will take over – in addition to all employees – the Anselko company offices near the Leipzig city centre, and further continue the successful, close cooperation with the University of Leipzig to attract new talent.
