Dedicated consultant (m/f/d) with industry-specific experience with banks, acquirers, PSPs or merchants, for international projects in the area of digital payments, customer self-service, value-added services and digital health.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- Project (subproject) lead as well as PMO
- Support in strategic & business management projects
- Development of concepts and studies for banks and retail markets in the fields of digitalization, cash and non-cash payments/customer self-service
- Enhancement of client relations
- Implementation of controlling tasks/quality management as well as the creation of business cases
YOUR PROFILE
- ompleted studies followed by at least two years of professional experience in the field of advertising, marketing or (UX design)
- Concrete project experience in areas: Retail, banking, NSP, PSP, acquiring, credit card organizations
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking skills, self-motivation and joy in working with people
- Strong customer, service and team orientation
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Excellent analytical, communicative and conceptual competence
- Excellent German and English skills
