To strengthen our SHC+CARE competence team, we are looking for a dedicated Digital Health employee (m/f/d) for the position of Technical Product Manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- Preparation of competitive analyses and identification of product and market requirements
- Support in the conceptual design of innovative software products and platforms
- Development of user stories and derivation of corresponding UX/UI
- Requirements management and specification of new features incl. test strategy
- Creation of application and product documentation
- Collaboration in the creation of product roadmaps and release planning
- Management of projects and sub-projects as well as PMO in the context of software development
- Management of internal and external developers and developer teams
- Execution of controlling tasks/quality management and preparation of business estimates
- Continuous increase in effectiveness and efficiency through process optimization in development
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in business informatics, media informatics or similar.
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking skills, self-motivation and joy in working with people
- Strong service and team orientation as well as leadership skills
- Customer and user oriented thinking
- Excellent analytical, communicative and conceptual competence
- First practical experience in product management
- Project management experience
- Confident in requirements management and ideally CPRE certification or similar.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following database and development technologies is an advantage: SQL-DB, MongoDB, Java, Angular 9, PHP, Laravel
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
