SCHEME FEES

Duration – 7 Months | Region – Germany

In 2016 SHC established, in cooperation with an international acquirer, an organisational and technical concept for its scheme fee billing and restructuring of its scheme-responsible department. After intensive internal and analytical phases in this department, the IST processes were documented and interim and target processes were defined in close exchange. For the successful implementation of the concept, SHC also specified a support tool for the recording, maintenance and billing of scheme fees. After a test phase, the concept was successfully implemented.
