A young Fintech startup from the UK / Ireland region has undertaken significant efforts to develop a state-of-the-art, secure digital authentication platform. In parallel, the small but effective team has entered into partnership negotiations with two large multinational groups – to jointly develop comprehensive, partnership specific business models. SHC supported the partnership implementations to ensure focused execution of the core business ramp up, and to fill the resource gaps of the team.
A major international acquirer was faced with the challenge of responding to changing customer expectations and structural changes in payment transactions. To this end, a strategy with derived measures for the following objectives was to be developed:
